As my senior capstone project, we had to create a marketing plan for a fictional, new-to-the-world product. This included researching the market size, creating a market persona and segment, developing the full product description, pricing the product, determining distribution channels, developing a full promotion plan, and establishing a first-year profit/loss estimate.
I was the project director for this project and oversaw our team of 4, delegated work, managed workflow, and designed the report. Our team took first place in the school, achieving a near perfect score.
